Consider/Approve Bid for Utility Tractor and 6' Rotary Cutter

Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a utility tractor and 6' rotary cutter (specifications attached). We received bids from three (3) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:


Tennessee Tractor

First Choice Farm & Lawn

Mahindra of KenTenn

 

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of Tennessee Tractor's Voluntary Alternate Bid #1 which represents the best overall value to the system.
